Jaeda + Tim's Modern Black and White Wedding

We loved being able to contribute to Jaeda and Tim’s wedding at the Country Club in Loveland, Co. It was a gorgeous outdoor open space for a summer wedding. As wedding planners we absolutely love when our clients care about truly all the little details. Jaeda knew what she wanted, and WOW did it all end up coming together perfectly.

The ceremony was set in a clock tower towering above downtown Denver, Colorado. This is one of our favorite Colorado wedding venues as planners and love when our clients are looking for a unique venue for their backdrop. Jaeda and Tim decided on ceremony and cocktails at The Clock Tower and then reception to follow in Loveland. The ceremony spots white chairs and gorgeous pillar arrangements were all that was needed to make this ceremony elegant and upscale.

Did we mention this wedding featured THREE dress changes!?!?

Rain didn’t stop this party from going on. The reception was in an outdoor open space which provided a lovely blank canvas to make Jaeda and Tim’s wedding come to life. Where to start? The space was divided into sections. There was a place to bounce featuring our gorgeous one of a kind white wedding bounce house. A place to lounge which featured stunning leather cigar lounge, flower walls, and custom neon signs. The guestbook table featured acrylic printed signs of the couples vows for guests to get another peak, vintage phone allowing guests to leave the couple a voicemail recording to enjoy in the future always. The snacks could not have been more perfect. Black, modern displays featured a smores bar, rock candy, and a fun charcuterie wedding board for guests to enjoy.

The reception tables featured long farm tables adorned with tapered black tapered candlestick holders and candles and loads of unique floral centerpieces for the guest tables. The ceremony florals were repurposed to spice up the couples sweetheart table and really draw all eyes to them. Jaeda choose pinata style cake which was a show stopper at the event and such a fun twist of a traditional cake cutting. The guests had a place “to play” which consisted of custom black beer pong tables, cornhole, and much more you will just have to see for yourself. One of our favorite details of their reception was the projector lounging area where the couple showed videos and highlights of their relationship for guests to take a relaxing seat and enjoy getting to know the couple more.

This was such a fun wedding and we loved seeing it all come together for this fun and inspiring couple. We will definitely be referring back to this stunning gallery created and photographed by Abbey Rice Photo for our future couples.
